The famous Soursop! Also known as Graviola or Annona muricata, coming in all different sizes, some carrying some serious weight - the world record is 6.8kg!

Covered in soft spikes and filled with thick, white pulp, its texture is fibrous and creamy, while the flavour strikes a rare balance between sour, fermented, and gently tropical. It grows best in fertile, heat-soaked soil, especially in regions like Grenada, Sri Lanka and Ecuador where it matures with depth and patience.

This renowned fruit serves a very specific purpose. Soursop is not about light refreshment, it’s a system-level recalibrator. Often turned to during moments of illness recovery, emotional fatigue, or long-held energetic blockages, it works in ways that aren’t immediate, but undeniable.

Its influence rests primarily in the root and heart chakras, giving the body a foundation to rebuild and the emotional system a chance to soften and exhale. In deeply restful or reflective states, it may also gently activate the crown, making space for quiet insight to return through the body rather than the mind.

Across Caribbean, Indigenous and South Asian healing traditions, Soursop continues to be honoured in immune-strengthening tonics, detox protocols and ceremonial rest periods. It holds a steady, ancient frequency, simply undeniable.

This is fruit that knows how to heal, it doesn’t ask you to do more, it helps you come back to what already knows how.

Soursop must be kept at room temperature or warmer to ripen. Please ensure you read the important storage instructions below.
