Also known as Java Apple or Wax Apple, is a beautifully sculpted fruit with a distinctive bell like shape and glossy skin that almost appears polished. Its smooth surface has a natural waxy sheen, giving rise to its popular name. Beneath the delicate skin lies crisp white or pale pink flesh that is intensely juicy, fragrant and refreshing.
