Our top grade, tree ripened Honey Mango, also known as Chaunsa, the Honey Mango is widely celebrated as the “King of Mangoes” a title earned not only for its unforgettable taste but for its regal history. First elevated by Sher Shah Suri in the 16th century after his victory at the Battle of Chausa, this mango has since become a sacred symbol of celebration, joy and golden nourishment.

Medium-sized, with a smooth, elongated form, Honey Mangoes transform from deep green to a glowing golden-yellow as they ripen. Their skin, uniquely prone to gentle wrinkling, is not a flaw but a sign of peak ripeness and beneath it lies a dazzling orange flesh that releases an intense floral-tropical aroma as soon as it’s opened.

The flesh is almost entirely fibreless, making it easy and luxurious to eat straight from the hand. Soft, succulent and meltingly sweet, the flavour delivers waves of honey, peach, citrus blossom and mango nectar in perfect harmony.

Their velvety texture makes them ideal for everything from smoothies, salads and salsas to chutneys, jams, desserts and classic South Asian pickles. They’re especially divine in mousses, sorbets, fruit tarts or simply chilled with lime.
