White Dragon Fruit, also known as Pitaya Blanca, is the lightest variety of the cactus-born dragon fruit. With white flesh and black seeds encased in soft pink skin, it holds a high water content and delivers its nutrients with clarity and softness. We source ours from Vietnam, Thailand and Nicaragua, where the fruit grows under clean, subtropical conditions with minimal intervention.
