Jelly Nut, also known as young coconut, contains some of the purest and most intelligent hydration found in nature. Its lightly sweet water and soft, gel-like flesh is harvested before the coconut fully matures, making it easier for the body to absorb and energetically lighter than its older counterpart. We source our coconuts from Sri Lanka, Thailand and Brazil, where they grow cleanly in coastal soil and tropical sun without interference.

The Jelly Nut is of service to the people as a fruit of restoration and subtle power. It brings the body back into flow, supports recalibration after ceremony, physical stress or emotional intensity, and offers deep hydration that works on both a cellular and energetic level.

Its frequency moves through the sacral and crown chakras, reconnecting creative flow with higher vision. For many, it also gently opens the heart space, especially when the nervous system is recovering or when emotional energy needs softening.

In many Vedic, Pacific Island and Afro-Caribbean traditions, young coconut water was and still is used in sacred rituals, postpartum healing, offerings and ceremonies for clearing and nourishment. Recognised as a living plasma, it is respected for its ability to hydrate the body while cleansing and protecting the spirit.

The Jelly Nut opens us up in a sacred way. It is remembrance, offered gently and with grace.
