The sacred Cacao Fruit is the fresh, living pod that surrounds the raw cacao beans, often overlooked, yet deeply sacred in its own right. Its translucent white pulp is tangy and sweet with notes of lychee, citrus and melon, holding a completely different frequency from its fermented, roasted counterpart.
